Perfero Caffè was born from a friendship and pure passion.
It was 1998, two friends were waiting for their flight sitting in a cafeteria in a small airport in northern Europe. Both worked in the world of Italian Espresso and, having served the two steaming cups, they began to chat about coffee and its art.
Everyone, with their vision of the perfect coffee, smelled and tasted, smiling but never satisfied. For years they continued to cultivate their dream, the masterpiece of craftsmanship. The search for the perfect coffee meant that they combined their knowledge and their experiences to dedicate themselves with passion to the choice of precious origins, roasted according to the most ancient tradition and served in the most advanced blends.
Finally in 2010 the project became reality and the first roasting began, the result of careful research into the best arabicas, roasted in an artisanal way.
