All prices are VAT included for European customer, VAT excluded for customers outside Europe. Prices are net of transportation costs.
Clearance and administratives/import taxes are not included
For sales to private customers we will issue document of transport and fiscal ticket. Private customer who needs invoice should inform us when passing the order and anyway within month of purchase.

The customer, by sending confirmation of purchase order, unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply in its dealings with ELEKTRO'S SRL, the general sales conditions and payment transcribed below, claiming to have read and accepted all the information provided to him. It excludes any right of the Customer to damages or compensation, and any contract or tort liability for any direct or indirect personal and / or property, caused by the rejection, even partial, of an order.

The information on www.elektros.it are subject to change without notice. The promotions are valid while stocks last or until the date indicated. ELEKTRO'S SRL undertakes to keep constantly updated the site but assumes no responsibility in the event of unavailability of products and consequent impossibility of delivering the goods ordered. Product images are not contractual and may differ in color, size, and accessories in the picture than the real characteristics of the article, do not answer for any errors in the data sheet and in the picture, before the ' purchase, in case of doubt, please consult the manufacturer's website. Picture and description are not contractual. Each order will be accompanied by an invoice valid for warranty purposes.

B) Registration data, fill in the mandatory fields marked with asterisk
C) FRIEND Code: This is a discount code given by a friend, if you have it enter the code and you will enjoy a discount
At the time of registration, a password will be chosen by the customer, the use of which will identify the customer himself and allow to make online purchases on the site.
The Customer is therefore aware that the purchase orders issued are valid and binding, to accept the receipt of the ordered goods and pay the due amount.
The buyer is prohibited from entering false and/or invented and/or fanciful data during the registration process necessary to enable him to execute this contract and any further communications thereto; In any case, ELEKTRO'S SRL reserves the right to verify the veracity of the data entered and to legally pursue any breach and abuse, in the interests and for the protection of all consumers.

The Customer indemnifies ELEKTRO'S from any liability arising from the tax records incorrect because of errors in the data supplied by the customer, being the Client is solely responsible for the statements. The Customer agrees to immediately inform ELEKTRO'S SRL of any change of the data provided, through the appropriate areas on the web site. 

The customer is required to keep the password with the utmost diligence, keeping it secret for the duration of the relationship with the ELEKTRO'S. Web site www.elektros.it you will provide the customer a range of services customized and very reserved, such , the ability to view bills and the amounts involved, the tracking of shipments, etc. Given the sensitivity of the information is advisable, therefore, to maintain a high degree of confidentiality. 

The customers' also informed of the need to inform the ELEKTRO'S SRL a valid e-mail address and staff in order to enable it to forwarding order confirmations, invoices and any communication.

Shipment of products

The available products will be shipped within 3 days after receipt of payment using the shipping method selected at time of order, the expected delivery times are as indicated on the website of the Italian Post Office or in one of their couriers. Subsequent to our shipment will be provided to the customer code tracking the shipment. In any case, the customer indemnifies ELEKTRO'S SRL from any liability due to late delivery by courier

Shipping

The shipping costs are calculated according to the weight / volume of the package and will be indicated in the shopping cart at the time of compilation of the order. Clearance and administratives/import taxes are not included

Discount codes / vouchers
Discount codes are not applicable on products already discounted, in special promotion or for products of display in our store
Only one coupon can be used per order

Acceptance of the conditions of sale
The contract between ELEKTRO'S SRL and the customer shall be concluded with the acceptance of the order, even partial, by ELEKTRO'S SRL, which reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept the order.
The acceptance is automatic, unless otherwise communicated to the client.
When placing an order in the manner provided, the customer declares to have read all the information provided during the procedure of purchase and accept in full the general conditions and payment transcribed below.
The customer, once the online purchase procedure is completed, will print or save an electronic copy, and will keep anyway the present general conditions of sale, subject to the requirements of Art. 3 and 4 of the Legislative Decree no. 185/1999 about distance selling.
It excludes any right of the customer to damages or compensation, and any contract or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property, caused by the rejection, even partial, of an order.
ELEKTRO'S SRL reserves the right to ask the customer additional information such as sending copies of documents proving the ownership of the credit card used to purchase, necessary to identify the actual ownership.
In the absence of the required documentation, ELEKTRO'S SRL reserves the right to refuse the order.
