Shipment
SHIPMENT
Packages are generally shipped by courier within 2 days after receipt of payment (except Saturday and Sunday couriers don't collect goods); we will communicate the tracking number.
Shipments via Poste Italiane are made on the Wednesday following the order.
Whichever type of shipment you choose, we will guarantee you a link to track your package's path online.
In the case of shipments to REMOTE AREAS (which we could verify only after receiving the order and checking the address), we send an e-mail with a request of the additional cost of € 8.00 ITALY, € 30.00 CEE and EXTRA CEE; if the customer does not intend to pay the additional cost, we will ship by POSTE ITALIANE or we must delete the order.
DELIVERY TERMS
PARTICULARLY FOR COFFEE MACHINES AND COFFEE GRINDERS
The packages are oversized and well protected. Machines weighing over 20 kg travel on pallets with protective tape (black film), labels and straps.
According to the collective agreement of the transport sector, ALL COURIERS only reimburse damage that is externally visible to the naked eye, which is why they ask for the SPECIFIC and not generic reserve.
If the package or pallet arrive damaged or wet, if part of the external protective film is missing or tampered or the straps have been removed, you must accept with specific reservation and indicate the external damage.
If the package is not accepted with "SPECIFIC Verification Reserve", once delivered you will no longer have the right to a possible claim for damaged goods.
Damage occurring to the light after unpacking must be reported within 2 days to elektros@elektros.it
Always keep the packaging (cardboard and pallet) even if damaged for a possible inspection by the courier and the subsequent opening of the insurance claim.
*IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED TO SELECT INSURANCE OPTION, THAT WE OFFER AT A VERY LOW COST, TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE INSURANCE COVERAGE IN CASE OF DAMAGE DURING TRANSPORT. If the INSURANCE option is not selected, the damage claim will not be accepted.
We will provide a shipment tracking number, with this number you can track the shipment on the courier's website.
After the third failed attempt to deliver, the courier will return the package to Italy with delivery costs doubled.
In this case we will be forced to charge the customer all expenses for the return of the parcel
We are not responsible for any delays caused by Poste Italiane or couriers.
