Packages are generally shipped by courier within 2 days after receipt of payment (except Saturday and Sunday couriers don't collect goods); we will communicate the tracking number.
Shipments via Poste Italiane, by registered letter or express parcel 3, are made on the Wednesday following the order.
Whichever type of shipment you choose, we will guarantee you a link to track your package's path online.
In the case of shipments to REMOTE AREAS (which we could verify only after receiving the order and checking the address), we send an e-mail with a request of the additional cost of € 8.00 ITALY, € 20.00 CEE and EXTRA CEE; if the customer does not intend to pay the additional cost, we will ship by POSTE ITALIANE.
Packages are oversized and well protected. Every receipt must be systematically checked and you must indicate on the delivery receipt any anomalies and sign your claim. You should also confirm to the carrier.
Any claim not signed with a reservation may not be accepted by us
In case of problems, state the reason on the delivery note (compulsory) and contact us as soon as possible, within two business days following receipt
Any claim made after this deadline will not be accepted.
Coffee machines BEZZERA, ECM, ROCKET, RANCILIO will be shipped with a small pallet 60x40, black protection film and strapping to ensure an optimal proteciton of the goods. If the package is missing of just one of this parts: pallet (also damaged), protection film (also partially removed) and strapping please accept always with RESERVE OF VERIFICATION. We accept claim only if you have selected the option INSURANCE*
***IMPORTANT***For Coffee Machines and Grinders we suggest to accept always with RESERVE OF VERIFICATION (even if the box or pallet doesn't look damaged), so you can check carefully the package at home.
We will provide a shipment tracking number, with this number you can track the shipment on the courier's website.
After the third failed attempt to deliver, the courier will return the package to Italy with delivery costs doubled.
In this case we will be forced to charge the customer all expenses for the return of the parcel
*IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED TO SELECT INSURANCE OPTION, THAT WE OFFER AT A VERY LOW COST, TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF A GLOBAL INSURANCE ON THE TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE IN CASE OF DAMAGE DURING TRANSPORT. If the INSURANCE option is not selected, the damage claim will not be accepted.
We have signed a private Insurance that allow us to settle the claim in a very short time. If full refund is agreed, local duty and taxes paid by customer are not included
